| We got this game for my son who is 4. He absolutely loves it, he is a huge "Cars" fan and loves to drive around playing his favorite characters. If we put it on easy he has no trouble navigating the courses. I also looked up the cheats for it to unlock everything, (as he probably wouldn't be able to unlock them at his skill level) and he can play any car and any track, which he loves. I would definately recommend this game! |
great for kids. Instruction booklet wanting.

| My 4-year old grandkid enjoys this game a lot. The instruction booklet is not too instructional and should be redone. |

I recommend this game. It is a lot of fun and my 6yr old loves it. Cow tipping still remains a good favorite, and many of the races have some interesting tricks you can do to increase your score. my son has managed to unlock monster trucks and have his car ride on its rims for an entire race jumping his score.
I have noticed on a few sites that people attack this game and seem to try and compare it to a PG-13 or NC-17 game. Do not let their critical comments deter you from a nice game for your child. This game is DISNEY. It is meant for a young audience. Its good for kids who love talking cars and a simple and fun racing experience with a chance to learn some great stunts on the tracks. A lot of the tracks are the same as the ones in the PS2 version that is true. But for those of us who no longer own a ps2 this game gives us the best of both and lets us redo an old classic while adding some new things. |
Not bad, not great neither

The main course is getting a bit stale after some time, same with the side-adventures - the kids liked it, in the beginning. In fact, they started asking for their V.Flash Cars game again - OUCH (luckily I kept it in the basement).
Interesting feature was the way the sixaxis controller: tilting it resulted in extra maneuverability - but that's not really for the kids. Yet. Maybe when they're tired of their V.Flash game...
OK game if you get it on a discount - it's not worth the full price! |
